Project: Homeless Health and Wellness Training
This grant is intended to increase the health care services for homeless persons at shelters and resource centers. The goal of the grant is to provide homeless persons with a primary care provider who will facilitate training around a number of health-related issues such as communicable diseases, nutrition, chronic disease management, and drug use.

This funding opportunity will help support a Public Health professional in meeting the goals of the Homeless Health and Wellness program.
